Introducing Huddle SBT
A new way to reward whales, partners, and our community with simple, permanent, and transparent access to future perks.
What is an SBT?
A Soulbound Token (SBT) is a special kind of NFT that cannot be transferred. Once it’s in your wallet, it’s there permanently - like a digital badge that stamps your wallet’s history forever.
Because SBTs are non-transferable, they’re perfect for proving membership, achievements, or eligibility for exclusive benefits. You can think of them as a permanent proof-of-access pass that requires no ongoing blockchain checks, just having the SBT in your wallet is enough to enjoy the perks.
We’ve developed Huddle SBT with the goal of making rewards easy to verify while keeping the process transparent and fair.
Why We’re Launching Huddle SBT

The Three Types of Huddle SBT
We will start with three types of SBT to recognize and reward our most important supporters:
1. Links – For Partner Projects
Given to projects we’ve collaborated with during our Abstract Full Integration.
Distributed to the contract creator address of the project.
Unlocks future perks for that project’s holders (TGE, airdrops, and more).
Makes it easy to identify eligible projects without manual verification.

2. Genesis – For OG Whales
A special badge for our earliest and most committed supporters.
Requirements:
Bought $Huddle before Huddle.is launched (May 30, 10AM EST).
Hold 10M $Huddle at the Aug 16, 23:59 EST snapshot.
Perks:
3x future perks even if holdings drop after receiving the SBT.
5x future perks if holdings are maintained through snapshots.
3. Core – For General Whales
For active large holders who support Huddle over time.
Requirements:
Hold 10M $Huddle for at least 60 days.
Perks:
2x future perks (TGE, airdrops, and more).
Remarks
The Core SBT is issued automatically once the 60-day holding requirement is met.
Notes:
Multipliers (x) are not cumulative. For example, if you receive a Genesis SBT, holding for 60 days does not add the Core’s 2x multiplier. The highest eligible multiplier applies.
These SBTs allow us to verify eligibility and distribute perks more efficiently - no manual checks, just seamless recognition on-chain.

With SBTs, eligibility is instantly verifiable:
No need to check holdings every time.
One glance at a wallet tells you if perks apply.

Future perks – TGE or airdrops (snapshot dates to be announced)
Perks won’t be limited to the Huddle brand, they can also come from future collaborations.
For example: if an Abstract project launches a token or NFT and we have a collaboration in place, our eligible holders will receive those perks too.
For $Huddle Holders
Even if you don’t hold a Huddle SBT, you’re still part of the journey.
All $Huddle holders will enjoy 1x perks in future TGE/airdrops during snapshots, the SBTs simply unlock additional multipliers and special access.
